How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What we can do for you is :

1. Online Ticket Booking

Ticket booking is done in online mode for various types of pujas in any temple through the website of Daivoham.

2. Online Puja - video recording with Prasadam Box

(i). If you want to perform any puja of your choice, send us the information including the name, gotra and family members' names, we will perform the puja in the temple with those names and gotranamas and send you the video record of the puja.

(ii).Along with the puja video recording device, you will also be given a prasadam box. This prasadam should be eaten within 7-10 days of our sending it to you.

3. Virtual Puja

Virtual Mode Puja can be done with Brahmanunotham of your desired puja.

Refund Policy:

(i) In case of cancellation of any puja booked through Daivoham website, the amount will not be refunded. But, again you will be given the flexibility to book another puja ticket at any convenient time. You can do that puja on the dates you want. This time, if there is an extra charge for the puja you want, you will have to bear that charge yourself.

(ii) After booking the puja ticket, the puja will be performed again on a different date, even if the puja program is held for any reason either on our (Daivoham) side or on your (customer) side. But, no refund will be made.
